Order Change and Return

All orders cannot be changed or cancelled.


Within 8 hours after delivery

If there is any damage due to shipping, please contact customer service with proof of pictures for a replacement or refund (store credit). For replacements, we will collect the damaged merchandise at our cost. Fresh flowers are not eligible for return or refund.


Delivery & Shipping

Le Moment Floral ships to Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, Maple Ridge, White Rock and Langley.

Orders usually qualify for free delivery within the Greater Vancouver area. Changes to the delivery address may incur additional fees. Please contact customer service for details.( $5.99 – $49.99.)

Please Note:

Delivery time may vary and may be difficult for arrangements on those special occasions such as Valentine’s Day or Statutory holidays. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests 

Delivery personnel may deny your request to deliver at your door in an apartment if no free parking can be found. Thanks for your understanding. 


Substitution Rule

For arrangements of assorted flowers, the flowers shown online will be used if at all possible; however, products containing seasonal flowers might not be available due to unforeseen weather conditions or delayed floral production. An equal or higher value material will be used for substitution. 

For arrangements of all roses, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with a similar color if the original type is not available as reasons stated above.

If the floral wrapping paper shown online is not available, a similar wrapping paper will be used.


Sales Tax Information

Every order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 12% ( Federal 5% and Provincial 7%) applied to the amount of the order regardless of the destination of the order.
